Medical Receptionist
Fleet, Hampshire
3 month locum
We have a 3 month locum for an experienced Medical Receptionist within a friendly GP surgery on a part time basis. We are looking for someone to work Monday – Friday 08:00 – 13:00 or 13:30 – 18:30.
The clinical system used is Emis web so the successful candidate will be a proficient user, ideally with a smart card. The role involves making phone calls, making appointments, managing prescriptions and being front of house.
This is a patient facing role so you must be friendly and approachable. Previous Medical Receptionist experience is essential as are exceptional IT skills.
Requirements:
- EMIS Web user
- Smart Card (Desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Medial Terminology
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
