Walton-On-Thames
Dream Medical are working with a Community Hospital in Walton-On Thames and are looking for Band 5 nurses for ad hoc shift within the Elderly Rehabilitation ward.
The inpatient service provides clinical intervention and rehabilitation for older people. Patient care is managed by multi-disciplinary teams which include social care and community services. The aim of the inpatient service is to provide an effective and efficient episode of care to enable patients to return to their own home wherever possible.
This is a flexible position where we can work around your existing schedule and availability. You will be a qualified RGN Nurse with NMC registration and pin as well as previous ward experience in the UK.
Requirements::
- RGN Qualification
- NMC Registration & Pin
- Clinical Updates
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
- Ward Nursing experience within UK (6 months +)
