Dream Medical are working with a small but thriving GP surgery in Tamworth and are looking for a Practice nurse to join the team. The role is within a contemporary, purpose built GP surgery every Tuesday and Wednesday on an on-going basis.
The successful candidate will be up to date with cytology, travel vaccines, child and adult immunisations and spirometry. You will also be responsible for administering B12 and other injections, smoking cessation and healthy eating/weight loss advice. Asthma, diabetes reviews and chronic disease management is desirable.
You must:
- Be registered with NMC with valid pin
- Have an Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
- Have relevant experience and qualification
- Be enthusiastic and reliable
