PRISON NURSE OXFORD ££Excellent Flexi Hours in Oxfordshire

Prison Nurses Band 5/6 urgently required in Oxfordshire.
Dream Medical are working with a Prison in Norwich and require a Band 5 or Band 6 Staff Nurse/Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work flexible shifts (full time), You must have previous experience as a Prison Nurse and valid clearance levels.
Main responsibilities Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Assess patient's health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
• Promote best practices in health and safety and security
• Assist in maintaining and developing services
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision
• Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes
Skills & Behaviors of qualifying Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• RGN will be successful at working in teams
• Prison Clearance or Shared Security Cleared for either Cat A, B or C
• Extensive experience of working within secured environments.
• Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
• Posses training requirements RGN role
• Current NMC registration
• Current DBS/CRB
• Be able to provide full documentation
