Nurse Practitioner urgently required for busy GP surgery in Durham. Dream Medical is fast becoming the agency of choice for all primary care requirements and we urgently require an experienced Nurse practitioner to work with a busy GP surgery in Durham.
Cover is required for either full or part time hours. The successful candidate will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taken, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment to the evaluation of care. You will demonstrate safe clinical decision making and expert care working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.
The successful applicant will also assist the Registered Manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
The successful applicant will have:
Practice nurse skills
GP Practice experience
Independent prescriber qualification Skills in Minor Illness / Injury An interest in COPD Treatment room skills
NMC Registration Nursing Diploma
