Staff Nurse Leeds RGN Outpatients £21,000 – 31,000 Perm
We're looking for an exceptional and experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy department, encompassing a variety of general and specialised outpatient consultations. Minor procedures undertaken include Laser Treatment to Varicose Veins,Hysteroscopy/Colposcopy, Urodynamics and Dermatological minor surgery.

We offer flexible working patterns to cover the needs of the Department which is open from 08.00 – 21.00 hrs.

About this outpatients role
This role combines empathetic care with high levels of expertise. It's about reassuring and encouraging patients while also having the clinical skills to take part in procedures and recovery.

Your key accountabilities will be:
• Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs
• Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme

Nursing qualifications, skills and values
As a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience. Immediate / Advanced Life Support is desirable.
