PRISON NURSES RGN BAND 5 NORWICH HOURS TO SUIT c£25ph in Norfolk

Dream Medical are working with Prisons in the Norwich region and urgently require Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN's) to work flexible shifts Full time and part time, previous experience is essential as is current prison clearance.

Main responsibilities:

•Assess patient's health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
•Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
•Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
•Promote best practices in health and safety and security
•Assist in maintaining and developing services
•Contribute to quality improvement
•Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights
•Work autonomously with minimum supervision
•Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes

•RGN/RMN will be successful at working in teams
•Prison Clearance or Shared Security Cleared for either Cat A, B or C
•Experience of working within secured environments.
•Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
•Posses training requirements RGN role
•Current NMC registration
•Current DBS/CRB
•Be able to provide full documentation
