Dream Medical are looking to recruit a Nurse Practitioner/Prescriber for a Surgery in Worcester. This Surgery is an AWARD WINNING Practice with a fantastic staff retention rate. This role has arisen due to retirement and as a result they are in a position to wait for Nurses on a 3 month notice period. Prescribing is ESSENTIAL for this role, as is having worked in a Practice setting previously.
You will be a forward thinking, confident Nurse who is happy to offer advice on areas for improvement with a history of outstanding patient care.
You will be expected to see patients for a range of illnesses and should be confident in prescribing for a range of conditions.

In return they can offer one of the highest salaries in the area (Up to £45k), 6 weeks paid leave plus an additional week study leave. Full payment for training courses and further development opportunities. Flexible hours are also available.

Salary for this position is £36,000-£42,000

This is a full time position but the Surgery are open to the idea of 3 long days a week, 4 days or 5 shorter days per week.
