Clinical Trainer NHS 111 – West London
Dream Medical is currently working with a private organisation that are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its organisation and is recruiting to the post of 111 Lead Trainer.
Your job as a 111 Lead Trainer will be to facilitate the development of NHS 111 Training, including the development of staff, improving skills and competencies to develop individual, team and organisational performance in line with organisational objectives. You will contribute to the development of a skilled 111 workforce and facilitate a range of education, training and learning opportunities.
You will support the 111 Clinical Lead in ensuring our client meets obligations around training and CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) required to remain compliant with the NHS Pathways License.
You must be either a 1st level registered nurse (NMC) or state registered paramedic (HPC) with post registration experience. You will also currently be a NHS Pathways Accredited Trainer.
