Practice Nurse Maternity cover Grimsby
Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Grimsby who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover maternity leave.
The practice are looking for a nurse to work 28hours/ week.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows.
Asthma
Diabetic review
Hypertension Clinic
IHD Clinic
COPD Clinic
Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
Holiday Vaccination Clinic
Flu Vaccination Clinic
Cervical Smears
Family Planning
Excellent Hourly Rates
