Dream Medical are working with various GP surgeries in and around Doncaster who are currently looking for a part time Practice Nurse to join their team, days and hours can be flexible.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's,Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements:
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
•
Asthma
• Diabetic review
• Hypertension Clinic
• IHD Clinic
• COPD Clinic
• Immunization Vaccination Clinic
• Holiday Vaccination Clinic
• Flu Vaccination Clinic
• Cervical Smears
• Family Planning
• Amending or adding to services as needs are identified.
Excellent hourly rates
