Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Dream Medical are assisting our esteemed clients in recruiting a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) in Care Homes in and around Norwich.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible nurse to provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up-to-date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies. You will assist in the day to day running of our service in a way that puts the people we support at the centre of our care and promotes their rights, dignity, choice and diversity.

You will work alongside the Deputy Manager and will ensure that the service meets and exceeds all organisational and statutory requirements.
Your role will include being accountable to the people we support for the effective delivery of their care, supporting the staff team as well as liaising with service users, families, health and social care professionals to ensure an excellent standard of care and support is provided at all times.
Your hours will be 36 hours per week and you might be expected to cover shifts as per the needs of the business.
You will need to be a qualified nurse with a current NMC registration.
