Practice Nurses urgently required in Hampshire - Excellent Rates Offered
Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Hampshire who are looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to start with them ASAP for 3 months, offering up to 28 hours per week and can be flexible with days worked
Requirements:
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Diabetes
• Asthma and COPD monitoring (Desirable)
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
