RGN's urgently required for Prison in Leicester
Dream Medical are working with a Prison in the Leicester region and require a Band 5 or Band 6 Staff Nurse/Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work flexible shifts (Full time), Ideallly you will have previous experience as a Prison Nurse and valid clearance levels however Dream can organise the clearance for you .
Main responsibilities Registered General Nurse (RGN)

•Assess patient's health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
•Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs
•Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
•Promote best practices in health and safety and security
•Assist in maintaining and developing services
•Contribute to quality improvement
•Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights
•Work autonomously with minimum supervision
•Applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes

Skills & Behaviours of qualifying Registered General Nurse (RGN)
•RGN will be successful at working in teams
•Prison Clearance or Shared Security Cleared for either Cat A, B or C
•Extensive experience of working within secured environments.
•Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
•Posses training requirements RGN role
•Current NMC registration
•Current DBS/CRB
•Be able to provide full documentation
