Staff Nurse – Ward – Brighton £30,000
Dream Medical are currently recruiting an experienced Staff Nurse to work within a fantastic private hospital in Brighton.
This position is being offered on a Full time salaried basis, which will involve rotational shift work.
The ideal Candidate will have a background in general medicine/surgery and be willing to utilise and consolidate both old and new skills.
Brighton is a busy cultural hub, with great nightlife, social events as well as the beach on your doorstep.
With great transport links into central London, this hospital is well located to allow you to travel in your spare time.
Your daily duties include:
- Provide individual nursing care
- Administration of Oral/Intravenous/NG Medications
- Care planning
- Assessment and recording observations
- Pre/Post operative monitoring
- Liaising with Multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
- Use of analgesia/Controlled drugs
- Pain assessment and scoring.
- Maintaining strict infection control policies
