Salaried Band 5 Nurses Required for Private Hospital in Ipswich
Dream Medical are seeking Band 5 Nurses to work within a prestigious private hospital within the Ipswich area.
They offer a fun and friendly work environment which focuses on allowing you to develop as a band 5 nurse through the provision of education and supportive clinical support.
Ipswich has great travel links within the UK, being around one hour via train into the heart of London and only a ten minute drive to the beach.
This hospital in particular focus on key areas of health care provision ensuring that nurses have the time to provide patient specific care.
Daily Duties will include:
• Basic Nursing Care
• Administration of Medications
• Care Planning
• Recording of observations
• Liaising with Multi Disciplinary teams
• Maintaining patient safety
• Working as an advocate
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and make changes as necessary
• Contribute to quality improvement and all round care of patients
• Discharge planning
