Practice Nurse, 1st Dec, Dagenham, £22-25ph
Dream Medical urgently require a Practice Nurse for a GP surgery in Essex/East London, our client is looking for cover 3 days per week offering 24 hours in total.
You must be competent in covering the following specialties:
• Chronic Disease Management (COPD, Hypertension & Diabetes)
• Travel Clinic.
• Child immunisation.
• Seasonal Flu clinics
• Health Education & Advise
• Patient Forums
• Quality & Outcomes Frame work Clinics to meet targets.
• Cervical Smear Taking
There are excellent hourly rates on offer and this role is for an ongoing period.
