Dream Medical are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in Sheffield on a full time basis. This is initially for 2 days a week but could turn into a permanent position should the candidate want it to. They are a respected surgery with a very large patient list. The surgery in question is also happy to provide additional training in any areas required.
You will be a qualified Nurse with experience of working in a Practice setting, able to deal with the challenges of day to day work within the surgery. Prescribing rights is ESSENTIAL for this position and will make up a large part of the role.

Salary for this position is £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience

• Chronic Disease Management
• Cervical Cytology
• Childhood Immunisations
• Travel vaccinations
• COPD/Diabetes/Asthma checks
• ECG/ Spirometry
• Ear syringing
• Wound Care
• Sexual Health
Flexible hours are available but ideally they are looking for cover from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday and Tuesday (potential of more hours)
