Practice Nurse required in Middlesex!

Dream Medical are recruiting for a brilliant practice in Middlesex. They are in need of an experienced Practice Nurse (budget is also available for a Nurse Prescriber)
We need a highly skilled nurse ideally with previous experience of working within a Practice Setting. You will be experienced with Chronic Disease Management, COPD, Diabetes, Women's Health, Wound Care and Triage. A prescribing qualification is desirable but in no way essential.

This surgery is open Monday-Friday 8am-6.30pm and NO weekend work is required. They have a patient list size of about 9000 and the satisfaction rate is very high.

As this is new funding that has been made available by the CCG (trialing a new patient care scheme) they can offer a considerable salary for the right nurse! They are looking for the very best talent in the area and recognise that in order to attract the best you must pay the best! Also on offer is ongoing training and potential career development into a senior nursing position.
