Dream Medical are currently looking to recruit a Nurse Practitioner/Prescriber for a Surgery in Worcester. This Surgery is an award winning Practice with a fantastic staff retention rate. This role has arisen due to retirement and as a result they are in a position to wait for Nurses on a 3 month notice period. Prescribing is ESSENTIAL for this role, as is having worked in a Practice setting previously.
You will be a forward thinking, confident Nurse who is happy to offer advice on areas for improvement with a history of outstanding patient care. You will be expected to see patients for a range of illnesses and should be confident in prescribing for a range of conditions.
Salary for this position is £36,000-£42,000
Desirable Experience:
• Chronic Disease Management
• Cervical Cytology
• Childhood Immunisations
• Travel vaccinations
• COPD/Diabetes/Asthma checks
• Full Prescribing rights
• ECG/ Spirometry
• Ear syringing
• Wound Care
• Sexual Health
This is a full time position but the Surgery are open to the idea of 3 long days a week, 4 days or 5 shorter days per week.
