Locum to full time Partnership position - Bedfordshire

Dream Medical are proud to be working with a well established practice in Bedfordshire.
This is a very busy practice offering a wide range of services, looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the growing team.
The practice currently has 5 partners and 2 salaried GPs providing first class care to over 11,000 patients.
The surgery offers a wide range of services including: Minor surgery, Midwifery, Substance Misuse, Dietician, Counselling, Review Clinics, Macmillan care and Major Illness Nurse.
The practice encourages long term relationships with their patients providing a higher level of understanding and care.
This exciting opportunity is initially available on Locum basis with view to Salaried  Partnership. The successful candidate will demonstrate the abilities to thrive in a busy and challenging environment.
The opportunity has arisen due to an early retirement of an existing partner.
• 5 sessions per week (2.5 days)
• System One, paper light Practice
• Personal list only
• No weekends or out of hours
• The surgery is open weekdays from 8.00am till 6.00pm.

Salary: Initially during the locum state – hourly locum pay of £70 - £75 per hour. Partnership remuneration package to be negotiated but will be the best in the industry offering full NHS Pension contribution + MDU + Annual Leave and 1 weeks study leave.
