Salaried GP Worcester 2 Site Role in Worcestershire

Dream Medical has an exciting and unique opportunity for an 8 session Salaried GP in Worcester,

The role is across 2 sites and involves Community Hospital sessions as well as more traditional sessions in a GP Surgery.

The role involves managing the clinical needs of a 20-bed Intermediate Care Unit for five sessions per week and working at the main surgery for three sessions per week.

The Intermediate Care Unit is a nurse-led short stay unit for patients recovering from illness or an operation. The role also includes ward rounds and working with a MDT.

Your role will include developing this service and shaping the future delivery of the clinical care.

The Surgery sessions are for registered patients only and no home visits are expected with this position.

The registered patient list size is 14,100 patients across the two sites making it an extremely interesting job with a wide range of clinical needs expected.
