**Full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Aylesbury area**

Dream Medical is working with a Practice in the Aylesbury area who urgently require full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly team. Your key responsibilities would be to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatments and care for patients. You would clinically examine and assess patients from a psychological and physiological perspective, prescribe and review medication as well as supporting patients to adopt healthier living.

The ideal candidate would be a UK registered nurse with post registration experience in A &E and/or Primary Care, Nurse Practitioner qualification would be an advantage and the Nurse Prescriber qualification is essential along with a qualification in Minor Illness. You would be self-motivated, positive and committed and registered with the NMC.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours, salary is up to £45K dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including NHS pension.
